We all are in pursuit of a happy life. Our journey to happiness is often like beating around the bush without any specific destination and route map. Ironically, we don't even know what actually makes us happy in life. Remember, a happy life is not a single product we can find or buy from somewhere for our whole program of life in this world. It is in fact a bundled pack of multiple components that contribute to making happiness a reality in one's life.

Knowing those components in that package of happiness is super important before you begin your journey in search of a happy life. Based on my knowledge and experience so far in life, I discovered six essential elements that contribute to the foundations of happiness in human life. If you have a clear idea about each of them, it is easy for you to chase one after another to fulfil those basic requirements for a happy life in the modern world. If you know them well, it will help you to confirm which of them are already with you and which of them are partially with you and which are yet to be acquired from the scrap. Once you finish acquiring all of them, you will end up feeling yourself leading a happy life.

Let us introspectively start checking your life with those six Essentials for happiness in our life.

No. 1: Live on the land you like to live
Most of us have a dream place and a dream home we wish to live in. Those who are not able to live on their dream land due to reasons of their circumstances of life which can be personal or professional and even of both will remain unhappy within their core until they get on to the land of their dreams. Some of you may find your own native place ideal for your happy living. There are some others who wish to move on to some better places to make them more happy. Find your place and make a transit to your dream land soon.

No. 2: Surround with the people you love to be surrounded with
We all have an ideal circle of people we love to spend time with. And, this circle can be small or large based on our needs, lifestyles and priorities. Human beings have different circles of people from very close to very far intimacies and they all play a very vital role in keeping us happy. Choose your people, form your circles, hang around and be one among them to add more happiness in your life.

No. 3: Engage in the job you want to be engaged for living
A dream career or a passionate job is everyone's priority. If you are not doing what you love to do as your profession, that will definitely tarnish the glow of your happiness. Various life situations and conditions can put you in the wrong profession. But, try early to get back to your right work to have more happiness in life ahead. It may not be easy but possible if you will anyway.

No. 4: Maintain the physical fitness you desire to maintain now
If you want to know the importance of health, ask the sick. True. A healthy body is the greatest wealth a man can possess for his lifetime. Eat intelligently, exercise appropriately and rest adequately everyday to maintain a healthy physique for better happiness than otherwise.

No. 5: Achieve the financial power you expect to achieve today
Money is not everything. I agree. But, money can make your life easy and smooth at least in today's world. Hence, don't be a fool to despise money as something bad or unimportant. Have enough money to buy more beautiful moments for you as well as your dear ones. That can definitely add more happiness to your life and time.

No. 6: Enjoy the pastime you wish to enjoy in life
This component is essential but different for all of us based on our interests, likes and enjoyments. Some of us enjoy travelling but some others may enjoy cooking more than that. Likewise, we all love different pastimes. People love sports, arts, reading, music, movies, shopping, partying, adventures, experiments, writing, drawing, social work, charitable works and so on. Discover your enjoyment and find your slot of time to pursue that daily.

Analyse All the above six components in your life and their role to make you happy. And, find what is missing in you and what is partially with you and what needs to be begun from zero. Work well on them and have a happy life.
