5 Booster Doses for Brain

Based on my investigations, I realize that the fitness of our brain is highly determined by some crucial habits of our lifestyle apart from our inborn neuronal distributions and its biochemical dispositions. Negligence in those key practices would adversely implicate our intellectual affairs. Diligent exercise of those factors would positively contribute to our superior brain power. There are not too many, but only five booster doses we can easily practice in any of our personal and professional circumstances.

  1. Balanced Rich Food

An appropriate diet system is the ultimate contributor to our brain fitness. When we satisfy our taste alone, we discard many of our health priorities on our dining tables. Add minerals and vitamins along with other necessary components that would repair and energize our brain cells and its biochemical functions. Grains, nuts, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, egg, milk etc are unavoidable for our brain health. If you avoid one or the other form of food from your diet plan, ensure that you add supplementary items to balance their deficiencies. Eat well to think well.

  1. 8 Hours’ Deep Sleep

Regardless of exemptions and exceptions, I would recommend eight hours of deep sleep for all human members on this planet based on my studies on the topic. Sleep so deep in such a way that you don't even remember any of your dreams when awake. While sleeping your brain is in its workshop in order to revamp all the parts and nooks of your nerve cells for improved performance after getting up. Never take out your thinking machine half repaired before it’s fully fixed. Not maintaining regularity in your daily sleeping slot is also detrimental for your brain power.

  1. Regular Physical Dynamism

Getting too lazy to move your body may adversely affect your brain functions. When you move your body parts more you make your blood flow more evenly to the brain cells, the uppermost realm of your body where blood normally reaches with strain and where blood is comparatively the most required. Starting your day with regular exercise would kick start your day well with your brain. Yet, frequent body movement is a must for enough blood flow through neurons to supply adequate oxygen, glucose and other nutrients and to remove carbon dioxide and unwanted toxic metabolic wastes. Keep your body moving and your brain will keep thanking you.

  1. Frequent Water Intake

Instead of drinking 2 liters of water at once, finish that in 8 hours of 8 intervals. 75% of our brain is water and that needs a lot of water all the time in an even manner. Drink enough water in appropriate intervals and your blood will reach plenty of oxygen for your brain cells to make you think deeply and work heavily without any interruptions. Water can detox your whole body and of course your brain too. Positive hormones can be activated and negative hormones can be diluted by drinking rich water always.

  1. Expose to Morning Sunlight

I would recommend you to go for your daily walk not in the too early morning but in the morning sunlight. Sunlight is the source of several biological and psychological wellnesses. Vitamin D synthesis and hormone regulations for physical and mental health processes are the major advantages of getting exposed to the sunlight. Our bones and skin need it dearly. Your exposure to sunlight can reduce the number of visits to your health practitioner. Serotonin, the neurotransmitter, gets released for a merrier mood and a sharper focus for the rest of your day if you go in morning sunlight.

Extra two tips only for you: 1. Deal well with your stress and tensions for increased emotional stability. 2. Stay away from abuse of drugs and alcohol for improved cognitive capacity. If not, they can degenerate your brain cells and deteriorate your brain powers earlier than you think and wish. Promote your brain and your brain will promote you.
